Difficult access
Delivery planning starts before the truck arrives
Restricted side access, retaining walls, narrow pathways, elevated properties, decking, cranes and oversized swim spas can turn delivery into a technical logistics exercise. Our background includes solving these types of problems.
Suitable swim spas may sometimes be moved vertically where conventional horizontal access is not possible. This is a specialist method, not an option for every swim spa or property, so access must be assessed before delivery is confirmed.

How spa delivery works
1. Check your postcode
Our estimator matches your postcode to a delivery zone linked to the warehouse holding your spa.
2. Confirm access
We check gate widths, pathway clearance, steps, slopes and overhead obstructions before dispatch.
3. Specialist delivery
Your spa is delivered by crews who move spas for a living and placed on your prepared base.
Site requirements
- A level, load-rated base (concrete slab, reinforced deck or engineered pad).
- Clear access path at least 100 mm wider than the spa on its trolley.
- Power within reach of a licensed electrician for final connection.
- Crane or tight-access lifts quoted separately before dispatch.
